What can I expect to gain from this course?
Each course has been developed to educate and inspire guests from all levels of wine experience. You will have a better understanding of your own palate and preferences, learn important wine terminology so you can “talk the talk” and make better decisions when choosing wine in both restaurants and wine stores. Our courses are fun and interactive so you will be highly entertained.
What kind of wine will I be tasting?
Each course will showcase a variety of different wines and price points from both New World and Old World. You will enjoy the best expression of each wine region and grape variety. We are certain you will love them.
Where are the courses held?
We have a series of courses scheduled at the Edible Education Experience. However, custom events can be held at your location of choice including bars, restaurants, offices, and Club Houses.
Is there food served?
To truly learn and understand wine and your palate, food is not recommended during the wine tasting. For a selection of our evening events, you will have the opportunity to add on a food component after the course has been completed.
What should I wear?
We encourage you to wear dark clothing in case of wine spills. The dress code is business casual.
Is there anything else I should know?
Try to come with a clean palate. We do not recommend brushing your teeth, chewing gum, or eating spicy foods prior to the tasting as this will affect your taste buds. Please refrain from wearing perfume or strongly scented lotions.
